Last week I spent time in the WA Stone Ambassador showroom. The place was amazing! Such a calm and easy experience. It was fascinating to see the beautiful full slabs of stone and the amazing crane/organisation.Lydia was absolutely fantastic helping me make such a huge choice. As soon as I showed her my cabinet style and colours she knew where to direct me. It wasn’t an easy decision choosing stone for an old cottage reno with a modern extension with Jarrah, Tassie Oak and concrete floors. She was patient and knowledgeable as I went back and forward between stone choices. Can’t fault the whole process…Cannot wait to see the final product in the home!

I visited your showroom in Creative place yesterday and was assisted by Lydia. What a charming, helpful and friendly front line person she is. Very easy to chat with, highly professional and offered useful suggestions to me. So much so that I went back today to get another look st my new choice of stone for my kitchen benchtops. I will be recommending your business to others. And thank you again Lydia for your help. You made making a decision do much easier.

I would highly recommend a visit to Stone Ambassador's showroom in Wangara where they have full sized slabs of all their products on display. I had been struggling to choose a benchtop while viewing them in brochures and online but with the knowledgeable assistance of Stone Ambassador's staff who patiently listened to my likes, dislikes and what I wanted to achieve in my new kitchen design the decision was made within a half hour visit. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, expertise and customer service.

Premier tile Gallery helped us with matching the tiles you couldn’t get anywhere else. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

DO NOT use this business for your property. From start to finish they are a nightmare, called back many times to fix there butcher job when they first installed our colour bond roof, then the on going issues started from poor workmanship- bad leaks and loose sheets ect.Communication with them is a nightmare- would catch them flat out lying to me about jobs that where ‘inspected’ saying technicians where at my house which is ridiculous considering I would of had to of been there.Denying receiving job orders to fix my roof from the builder regardless of the email train clearly showing it.They decided to fix a fault which had nothing to do with them- charged my builder for it then flat out denied it and wouldn’t accept responsibility when it failed!I always had to chase them up, they would never follow up on jobs. All this wasn’t a one off either- these issues have been going on for ever now, they would have to be seriously the worst roofing business in Perth.Take it from me and save your self the hassle, DO NOT use these guys.

We had a great time with Lydia at the showroom. She was very friendly and helpful and knew her job.She went through the stones that we liked and explained to us in detail about each stone.It's definitely worth going to the showroom as you can get a much better idea with the larger cuts of stone.Lydia, you are amazing, and a credit to Stone Ambassador.It's so refreshing to come across a sales person that clearly loves what she does.Well done.....Pauline and Chas. Worst white stone bench top I've ever had and we've had a few over the years. It's easily marked from pots and pans which is not easy to remove, terrible joins that you can clearly see and yes dirt has gotten in them making them worse but you can't clean it. I recommend you do your homework. I didn't find much care from the tradesmen fitting the bench, however the splashback guys were great, albeit several hours late. Disappointed by product.

The lady in the office was so unfriendly and unhelpful, boarding on miserable. The guy in the yard was just as unfriendly. Didn't attempt to talk to me or help to load 70 roof tiles onto my ute. Didn't offer to help at all. Need to find a new supplier!
