DO NOT use this business for your property. From start to finish they are a nightmare, called back many times to fix there butcher job when they first installed our colour bond roof, then the on going issues started from poor workmanship- bad leaks and loose sheets ect.Communication with them is a nightmare- would catch them flat out lying to me about jobs that where ‘inspected’ saying technicians where at my house which is ridiculous considering I would of had to of been there.Denying receiving job orders to fix my roof from the builder regardless of the email train clearly showing it.They decided to fix a fault which had nothing to do with them- charged my builder for it then flat out denied it and wouldn’t accept responsibility when it failed!I always had to chase them up, they would never follow up on jobs. All this wasn’t a one off either- these issues have been going on for ever now, they would have to be seriously the worst roofing business in Perth.Take it from me and save your self the hassle, DO NOT use these guys.

The lady in the office was so unfriendly and unhelpful, boarding on miserable. The guy in the yard was just as unfriendly. Didn't attempt to talk to me or help to load 70 roof tiles onto my ute. Didn't offer to help at all. Need to find a new supplier!

Tiles are terrible. Have lived in my house for 6 years now and they have ruptured and cracked in the weather/elements. Countless water marks on my ceilings due to random cracked tiles.Every year I have to walk on the roof to replace at least 2-4 cracked tiles to try and prevent the water damage to my ceilings and have a painted make good.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT DRAMAS!!!!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Monierprime advertise that their dark tiles are energy efficient. This is incorrect on 2 counts. First, dark tiles make a 1 or 2 degree difference to warm a house in the winter by mid afternoon. This is because the sun is so low in the sky and up for fewer hours, that it has a negligible effect. Second, when the sun is at its highest in summer and for a much longer time, a dark roof absorbs heat and emits it like a heater, the roof space can reach 30 - 40C more than ambient transferring 10 - 20C of this heat to internal spaces. No wonder people complain their houses get hotter inside than out and tiles help to keep that heat in longer than steel, making your nights hotter too.

Terrible service, rude attitude.Someone from Monier Prime agreed to attend our house to inspect a roof leak at an agreed time of 8 am.When we had heard nothing around 8.15, we contacted the workman to ask where he was. He advised that he had attended the house at 7.55, knocked on the door and left straight away, prior to the agreed time of 8 am.When we called him to request that he return that day, he said don't bother me

Worker agreed to rock up at a certain time, didn't show up on time and decided to leave without calling. Had an attitude problem when asked why he showed up at a different time without calling. It's called common sense - use your brain.

Do not buy prime roof tiles. The tiles are not of high quality as falsely advertised by this company. We have so many fractures on the tiles and our house is 9 years old. 3 years ago we already have the problems with leakages from fracture and crack. Called the company up and they said they only have 2 years warranty on these tiles. Unbelievable culprit. We now have to replace the whole roof that could potentially cost us $20 grands. Home Builders stay clear from them. Will pursue this further with consumers affair.

quality of tiles is so bad. Got flat tiles for nice look. tiles are so brittle they have eroded. the quality of the tiles is terrible. my roof is leaking and they have not offered me any compensation to this date. i have had to pay the painter extra money. if you saw had bad the tiles look at the base it is terrible. when we put the antenna up we moved a few tiles carefully to install the antenna and they broke straight away. underneath the tiles they did a good job but the quality of tiles themselves was crap""
